does anyone have tried this kernel? can you tell me what is changed compared the original dhiru's kernel? should i flash it?

Read changelog in the op. Big changes. Try it!

i was not able to boot cm9 before with any kernel or cf root, but with this it was like charm. but its so sad that the black light issue isnt fixed in this too. waiting for kernel 3.0

3.0 wont solve the issue....if it could, i think someone would already have come up with a blacklight fix based on kernel 3.0(i may be wrong and it hasnt been checked yet)

plus as Doomlord said on the UC thread...with 2.6.35 being so stable, its easier to backport stuff from 3.0 than try getting everything working on 3.0....no doubt 3.0 may have some advantage but that may be taken on later on once CM9 is working.....so dont expect it anytime soon.....

Just one question- I am already on CM9, should I just flash this in recovery over it?
