Wow this TWRP recovery is the shiz! Just started playing around with it tonight and all I can say is great work!!

It really is nice once you learn how to navigate through it. I have not played around with theming it yet. You can really navigate through it fast. I like how it does some of the wiping for you too.

Super simple, download the theme and drop the ui.zip in /sdcard/TWRP/theme. Create the folder if it doesn't exist. Oh, if you're asking how to make the themes, I think there are some guides linked to in the OP.
