Kwull, I made a small donation to show my appreciation, and I hope that when you get back from holiday you have success in automatically doing the same thing as the system does above when pressing mount SD. Great work for your first android app!

Works nice on my Galaxy Note. Unfortunately the App crashes on my Galaxy Tab 7.7 (P6800). Maybe this is due to the different mount point for the external SD Card on the tab (/mnt/sdcard/extStorages/SdCard).

Verizon Galaxy Nexus with AOKP Milestone 6 and Franco Kernel Milestone 4:

When I go to settings -> storage, the Settings application force closes
When I plug the USB drive in, NTFS Mounter force closes

I'm using a NTFS formatted 64GB SanDisk USB thumb drive

Just another hint: maybe it makes sense to mount the external storage via their vold devices. Some tools like Total Commander examine the mounts and detect external storage only, if it is mounted via e.g. "/dev/block/vold/179:9" (external SD on Galaxy Note and Tab 7.7).

Please add version info to application so that we can see in app itself if we have latest version installed.

Thanks..

Doesn't work in CM10 Preview for sgs2.
Works great on ICS 4.0.4 though.

I just installed this and tried it on my stock (rooted) Galaxy S3. I tried using an NTFS drive mounted in an external hard drive docking station. Every time I plug in the USB cable, I get the Blank SD message, then the app crashes.

I tried to install on my SamSung P6800 with rooted ICS ROM (P6800XXLQ1/P6800OXALQ1 Version: 4.0.4)

Then I format my 32GB SD card to NTFS and insert to the pad,

The Ntfs Mounter just saying mount succeed, but I cannot find either /sdcard/usbStorage/UsbDriveA...UsbDriveF or /mnt/sdcard/external_sd

(ICS saying SD card safe to remove)

the mounter is good, butseems not working for me.

now i found one works for my p6800 - https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...=search_result

hi, on my Note 4.0.4, the sd card mounts, but only 10 seconds after the blank error appears.

also, after some time the card disappears automatically. will check again to see if it's unmounted or crashed...

Hi,

App is working almost always, ALMOST

Its not working for SD Card or USB Drive formatted in NTFS when phone as lock screen has PIN or Password or Face Unlock with PIN as backup set up.
I find out that whole ntfs-3g is not working, always return "Device busy" error when mounting.

My Phone: I9100
ROM: XWLPG
Kernel: Siyah S2 v4.1beta+ (same problem on previous versions).

Can anyone else confirm that its because PIN or Password Lock Screen ?

Regards,
KawekSl
