I think that's intended, but I'm not sure.

I feel the same way. Glad to see official support. Just hoping the newest changes (CRT/capactive buttons) show up in TamCore's nightlies soon; they aren't in his latest.

I think it (crt) will be on his next nightly since they just merged it again unless the beam animation is something else? lol

I'm glad to see Cyanogenmod nightlies out now

I'm wondering if purchasing Rom Manager Premium is finally worth it though so I can stay up to date without getting on xda or anything. Any thoughts anyone?

Beam is CRT, haha. I thought the 5/15 TamCore nightly was built after those merges (were merged (5/14)), and it doesn't have CRT/capactive button fix, but I could be wrong.

Yes it does

@anything24 , lol so my guess is that tamcore should have it in his next nightly since he uses opensensation and cm's repo

Reading through the posts, it would really be nice to have a guide on the Android ICS stuff.....(as in not sense based)

I mean, with opensensation, official CM9, and the Kangs....it would be nice to know what the official differences are right off the get go. I don't mean "feature" differences, as that's rom individuality and would be way too much work.

But I mean like in the previous posts.....explaining that vorbeth will hack his opensensation to get it working whereas CM9 will not, and what these are based on...

difference between pure ICS and CM9......

I'm starting to get the idea, but it's really taken a lot of googlefoo, and I have an aptitude for this stuff.

I'm finding the Threads (in general) for CM, ICS are being written up with little or no background, almost like:
- we've always know what that is....
or
- what you don't know what that acronym is....

Android is gaining more and more popularity, and many people are moving from other platforms, so I think guides, stickies, etc. should always be available.....then, Dev's don't have to answer the same questions over and over, in fact, they could just link to the thread in their Posts....

I know this is noob stuff, and that's fine, but honestly there are rooting guides...etc.

Given that, could you imagine if you came from a different platform, and there was no rooting guide, and a new rom used terminology like S-OFF, and Superuser, CID.....you would be like WTH?

(analogies go a long way...haha)

"We all had to learn from somewhere once"

Cheers!

hmm. I just checked the radio version after flashing the rom and it seems the 11 version is included in the rom since it's showing that now. one less thing to worry about I guess.
