Ya but it is not staying at one. Every minute or less it switches between H and 3g. Screenshot added

Tried two builds and many many wipes, maybe missing something.

lights are a known bug and yes the answer/ingore screen is like that in every AOKP rom I've tried. I recently put build 35 on my mom's Inc and she freaked out that she couldn't answer calls! Now that she knows she loves it.

Whitehawkx merged source into official and then built from that. Check out the thread at rootz for more info.
