Hi, I am planning to flash LPF kernel via mobile Odin. I just have to load the tar file in the KERNEL section, and start the process?

Then I have to wipe cache and dalvik cache in CWM?

a) coming from a rooted GB-ROM:

- download Abyss Kernel 4.2 from here: http://www.mediafire.com/?c65mndvpk6ocbaa
- put zip-file on your USB-storage
- boot in Recovery
- Flash Abyss Kernel 4.2!!!
- boot back in recovery (you find this option under 'advanced')
- FullWipe
- Flash ROM
- reboot system
- ...you are done

How did you do the restore?
From AbyssNote Kernel (as stated in the OP, copied in below) or via CF-Root kernel?


Nandroid Backup and Restore:

You are able to do Full Nandroid Backups on CF-Root Kernel. But you have to restore them using Abyss Kernel 4.2!!!
If you try to Restore with CF-Root, your Restore will hang up and you will at least lose Root

i think i did it via CF-Root kernel (since i had the V23), how do i fix it ?

Try to wipe cache and dalvik cache, I know that solved my bootloop when I reverted back to GB from Stunner.

unzip the tar till you find the zimage ,place it on your sd card. in the mobile odin, kernel option point it to this zimage and then do flash firmware. I did this and its fine. havent tried using the tar or zip directly but according to the Forum it might work
