Also, how do you get rid of the blank dock on the lockscreen?

If you mean the last dock it has transparency.

Edit: Sorry, you can add a diferent wallpaper to your lockscreen or hide the navbar with leedroid. If you want the same wallpaper I can upload without the bar.

I didn't like the sharp white edges of the sense 4 dock, so I made them darker...
