Default Network issues

Is anyone else having as much trouble as I am with 4g on T-mobile U.S? I mean, at times, 2g is actually faster due to how long it takes to "start" downloading/uploading anything. Any page I try to load, any song I try to begin streaming, any article I try to read. Everything takes 5-30 seconds to begin. As soon as it begins, it's very fast, it's just that initial period that takes FOREVER. Occasionally it will start immediately, but that seems to be increasingly rare.

I should also note that I have this issue in many locations within my state.

Just trying to figure out if it's as bad for other people. I know there are issues with the 3g/4g switching, but this is insane.
