Seems like there is another new official ICS Build from Taiwan out there.

Device: GT-N7000
Version: N7000ZSLPF
Android Version: 4.0.3
Radio: XXLR1
Build: 15.05.2012
Full Wipe ROM
Contains new Bootloader
Contains (old) PIT-Files for 16GB and 32GB
Taiwan

Looks like a full wipe ROM, according to Sammobile boot files should also be flashed.
