◢ Full Intructions:

 

A. ROM Installation procedure:
0. Put "TRANSX3RC3-FIREKERNEL.zip " or " TRANSX3RC3-BLACKHAWK.zip on your sd-card
- Boot into CWM5 Recovery
- wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache/dalvik
- format cache/data/system/sd-ext
- flash
- reboot
- done!

B. ICS Layouts Installation procedure:
1. Put TRANSX3ICSLayouts-patch.zip and TRANSX3ICSLayouts-undo.zip on your sd-card
- Reboot into CWM

- mount system, flash TRANSX3ICSLayouts-patch .zip, reboot
(Mine only 1 flashing it work. If not work for 1 flashing, follow steps below)

- Reboot into CWM again
- mount system, flash TRANSX3ICSLayouts-undo.zip, reboot

- Reboot into CWM one last time
- mount system, flash TRANSX3ICSLayouts-patch .zip[/URL], reboot

2. Figure GPS by your country..... (except Malaysia - already figured for Malaysia)

◢ Removed files:
ADWLauncher, Androidian, CMWallpapers, Cyanbread, Development, DSPManager,
Email, FileManager, Gallery3D, HTMLViewer, LiveWallpapers, LiveWallpapersPicker, MagicSmokeWallpapers, Pacman, PicoTts, Protips,
Provision, QuickSearchBox, RomManager, Stk, Torch, TtsService, VisualizationWallpapers, VoiceDialer, VpnServices

◢ Optional:
- Statusbar Center Clock:
Reboot into CWM – mount/system - Install from sdcard - choose zip from sdcard - flash "TRANSX3-CCLOCK.zip” (flash after flashing "TRANSX3ICSLayouts-patch.zip")
----------REBOOT----------

- Back to standard CM7 Style Settings
Reboot into CWM – mount/system - Install from sdcard - choose zip from sdcard - flash "CM7DEFAULTSTYLES-Settings.zip”

- I want back CM9 ICS Style Settings
Reboot into CWM – mount/system - Install from sdcard - choose zip from sdcard - flash "FIXCM9STYLESETTINGS_FC.zip”

- Remove PDroid
Reboot into CWM – mount/system - Install from sdcard - choose zip from sdcard - flash "PDroid-RESTORE-TRANSX3.zip”
after reboot, remove "PDroid.apk" from /system/app

- Disable and enable journaling in internal ext4 Partitions
Reboot into CWM - Install from sdcard - choose zip from sdcard - flash JournalingDisabler.zip
(Disabled Journaling will improved performance, credit goes to skynet28) Pls download from skynet28's thread here.


HIGHTLY NOT RECOMMENDED RESTORING APPS VIA TITANIUM BACKUP, INSTALL YOUR FAVORITES APPS NORMALLY!

1. Solution when scroll through messages.. the background becomes white
Settings - Performance settings - Scrolling cache - tick "Force disable"

2. Fix Brightness modes force close when using CM9 Style Settings
Reboot into CWM – mount/system - Install from sdcard - choose zip from sdcard - flash "FIXCM9STYLESETTINGS_FC.zip”
