When I try to move an app to /system/app it won't let me saying that the file system is read only. not sure if something is wrong with my phone.

ok here are a list of wha problems you may have

you are using a regular file manager NOT a root one like 'root explorer'
you havent changed the settings properly in the file manager...

in root explorer theres a little button on the top right that says 'Mount R/O' for it to work..

if it says 'mount R/W' then tap on it and then push system files

I only use rootexplorer and it's currently mounted as r/w. this rarely happens with other ROMs.
I'll install your ROM again and see if I can fix it.

I did a fresh install of the rom in a normal way.
No NXT etc.

Now back to 1.1.

from v1.1 you can go to NORMAL v2 wthout wipe!!

try and let me know if you have any problems

this seems to be the solution.

i flash it and it`s really slow, but when i flash the new adreno drivers, it change, and now it`s really fast!!!
