[Q] HTC VIvid screen is black and white..help please!

I fell asleep around 11pm last night and my phone was charging, working perfectly. I woke up at 2am and unplugged it since it was fully charged and my screen just went crazy. It is black and white and sort of flashing. I can hear if I get phone calls or text messages but I can't see anything. I tried taking the battery out and waiting for a while before putting it back in but that didn't work. Idk what to do. Please help! Thanks so much in advance.

Did you load any new software or anything onto your phone yesterday? I'd take it to wherever you got it from if a battery pull doesn't do anything.
