Default SBF downgrade to root, then upgrade to US 4.7.3 Verizon
I posted an old rootable SBF here awhile back:

Im used it to roll back from the update, and re-root. then save root with Ota Rootkeeper. Then I re-updated and restored root!

Totally Worked!

You don't have to SBF that far back. You can sbf back to 3087 and root with superoneclick.
