are you sure the zip file is not corrupt?

fixed it, my hboot was cm7, just changed to stock, now it's working

I would like to report that this is the most stable and fastest ICS ROM i've used on my desire....its almost perfect unless there are anything that is incomplete which is unknown to me.

PS you could send this to HTC for to teach them!

just changed the dns in to the public google dns 8.8.8.8,8.8.4.4 amazing navigation speed

how did you change the dns ? really would like to get better navigation speed too

Downloaded the Ultimate Special FX-app but if I want to shoot a move my screen shows garbage (not meaning the garbage around here) and if I want to record it says it can't connect to the Camera-service. The app should be suitable for Android 2.3+. Is this an issue with the camera-app being used in the ROM?

Its a tweak, found it for you (have not tested it myself)

Create an empty file, name it resolv.conf and put there these 2 lines:
nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 8.8.4.4

Save to /system/etc/.

Edit for a NOOB Question: OK I added it myself, but have no clue how to check on 3G what my DNS is. The network info tool only shows my IP. In other words, how to check if it works? :P

Sorry guys, i forgot to specify that i change the dns on the home's router :P i see a speed increase on pc and smartphone(more on the pc)

Anyway, nobody has the a2sdx working with this rom?i just tried but was a fail

You need to remove /system/etc/init.d/10apps2sd
and add 40ad2sdx to /system/etc/init.d/ and chmod 777

Or use my Zip .. Just install with Recovery
