Well that doesn't even make sense. Touchwiz kernels work for AOKP but AOSP won't no matter how hard I try. Super. I tried flashing dsb's over CM9 once. Wouldn't boot.

I even tried compiling the stock kernel included with Blackice Rom for GTab2 (bases on AOKP) with its stock ramdisk and it STILL had the SGX graphics files error out and crash... I really don't know what's going on here....

Ahh well I've made some nice updates for v3 that work great on CM9........

Any chance of this great work making to the SGT2 10.1? I hear the build for the 7 & 10.1 are very similar ecxept for the screen resolutions.
Im running stock rooted on my tab2 10.1 and its all good specially with bloatware removed, but im lacking the ICS look CM9 gives the 7' tab.
For some reason development seems a bit stagnant in the tab2 10.1 forum.
Any input will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Pp.

I would say unlikely. I don't like the idea of building a kernel for an device I can't actually test on to make sure things work. Sorry. Would be happy to help anyone willing to fork my kernel source tho.

Absolutely loving this kernel! I do have a question though. I was wondering if you are familiar with the voodo sound/plus app in the market. I've read nothing but great things about it so i decided to purchase it. I quickly learned that this kernel is not compatible with it. I was wondering if that is something that you could look into. Keep up the good work!!!

Yes. I know about voodoo sound. I've already been looking into it for a while. It would require porting custom drivers and stuff, and I haven't the time at the moment. Eventually I'll take a closer look.

You're actually very luck considering we have a very similar DAC to the one Voodoo sound is designed for. Otherwise that would have been a dumb purchase. Well it still kind of was considering you didn't know if our device had kernels supporting it and you didn't know whether or not it was even possible for our kernels to support it at all . Oh well lucky you .
So TL;DR- There's a good chance I or someone else can port it in time.

My infuse has the voodoo sound. I had wondered if this device had the same chipset for sound.

Thanks for sharing.
