Yellow Triangle Fix

This is my instruction on fixing the yellow triangle problem.

Im not responsible if your device bricked using this tutorial.

Level (Hard)

What you will need,

1)A Laptop
2)Working USB Cable
3)Flashtool (Latest)
4)X10_CUSTOM.ftf (Kernel, Located under firmware folder on flashtool)
5)Latest DoomLord kernel Either FullOC or medium.
6)A cup of coffee.

Now let's get started.


Remember: This method is only for the yellow triangle problem.
And Sorry for my English Don't hesitate to press Thanks Button :P :P

1)Open Flashtool

2)Flash the X10_CUSTOM.ftf kernel

3)Boot your phone and enter the recovery mod. (This kernel will let your device to boot only in the kernel logo, then this is the only chance for you to enter the recovery mod.

4)While in the recovery mod, backup your things if there are something important for you before the yellow triangle happened.

5)Turn off your phone(press reboot then immediately take out the battery) then,

6)Put your MMC using usb adapter on your pc (Mounting usb through recovery will not work using this kernel)

7)Copy your entire backup starting with the folder "ClockworkMod" + Your personal file to your PC. Make sure your MMC is EMPTY.

8)Format your MMC by Default option using PC.

9)Put your battery back and then turn on your phone and enter the recovery mod again.

10)Format your PHONE+DATA+CACHE+DALVIKCACHE only(Because the next step we will install fresh custom roms, or just incase if you want too but for me it works like charms).

11)Turn off your phone(press reboot then immediately take out the battery)

12)Copy your "CUSTOM ROM" IN MY CASE WHEN THE YELLOW TRIANGLE HAPPEN TO ME, IM USING "FERALAB V19" CUSTOM ROM to MMC.

13)Copy your back up file from recovery back to your MMC

14)Copy your personal file back to your MMC.

15)Put your MMC to your phone but dont put the battery yet.

16)Flash your desire kernel now using flashtool, In my case, i'll flash the latest Doomlord V6

17)While flashing the kernel on your PC, On your phone, connect your usb, press back key(without the battery), DONT RELEASE THE BACK KEY AND THEN PUT THE BATTERY.

18)After the kernel is successfully flashed, turn on your phone and install the Custom rom using recovery(Pressing back key on boot)

19)Finish the installation

20)Reboot again without taking out the battery and then enter the doomlord CWM (Pressing Volume Down on boot, not the back key)

21)Restore only your "BACKUP DATA" using Advance Restore.

22)Reboot your phone without taking out the battery, Then your phone goes back to normal.

IT WORKs LIKE CHARM ON MY X10i and i would work if you follow the instruction carefully.. )) Thank you
