Not working on Gingerbread 2.3.5
Tried normal installation and also putting in system>app folder.
I think it will work for ICS only.

The Galaxy S III is running ICS, so the app is probably only programmed for ICS. I'm running CM9 and it works

If you want to test S Voice set the language to english and say:
"How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood"

The answer has to be:
"A woodchuck would chuck all the wood he could chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood."

When installing, my antivirus said that scanned a file with something refering to Vlingo, is this the real S-Voice app or just a themed Vlingo?

Try tongue-twisters. They are the hardest things to understand for Siri, Vlingo and S Voice.
