THis ROM is really a beast. Gallery opens in a split of a second. And everything is really fast and smooth now.

Just 1 more thing - regarding 3G

When you guys use 3G... I'm guessing you guys don't get the 'send' and 'receive' signals separately right?
Cause the image used for the 3g network is a static image showing both send and receive signals being active.

Due to this, I can't figure out when my 3g is not working. Like.. I wanna see when my mobile 'sends' some packet data across 3g and when it 'receives'. This lemme know about what's happening.... Any idea how to fix this? x__x

Otherwise, this ROM is lovely!

Hey, firstly, I don't get the 3G icon at the top. It's the 'H' sign that I get. I tried looking into the systemui.apk and framework-res.apk but i can't seem to find the H icon images.... how do I modify that?

Just delete it from the /system/etc/init.d folder yourself. You don't need to decompile anything.
