Can you explain to me (may be in OP):
- If there was an order to apply tweaks? (And should I still delete the file init.d?)
- If between each version must reapply the tweak?
- If between two nightly (no wipe data) I have to reapply? (Is it okay if I applied two times the same tweak?)
- And how to see tweaks already applied?

That's a lot of questions but I just want to understand a little more

Sorry for my bad english and Thanks a lot for this work
There is no order, its recommended between versions to reapply tweaks but it will overwrite a previous tweak so you dont have to clear it. You have to reapply ALL tweaks between nightlys (Including beats or dolby). Currently at this time there is no way to see whats applied but i will add it shortly

You need to double check you have support for init.d scripts

Have a look in /system/etc and see if there is a folder called init.d (that's just a rough check)

Edit: sorry my brains asleep, you need to flash a custom kernal that supports init.d scripts. Use this guide as cf root supports scripts http://www.theandroidsoul.com/instal...wich-firmware/

Yes PC Odin is completely safe just flash the kernal, reapply the tweaks and let me know if your still having problems beware of flashing beats or Dolby while on that kernel though!
