i don't know how to create pre-rooted system.img

and also device for ST25 didn't have in flashtool, i cannot create FTF

where can i find flashtool device for ST25?

Im new to rooting. I want to root my sony xperia U. Is it correct that software version 6.1.1.B.1.54 cant be rooted?
Would be nice if someone could post a link for a good rooting guide, or tell some tips
