Car Dock Request Thread

Good Afternoon All,

I have just gotten off a live chat with Seidio and they are stating that they have not finalized their thoughts on making a car dock. Their live chat agent advised for me to request all my fellow EVO LTE peeps live chat or email request to them to help them decide to make one. I will be sending them the link to this thread and if you can live chat with them or also email them @ htcevolte@seidio.com so that we can get this in to production it would be great.

I hope they're able to incorporate the proper HTC USB cord in those things as well to automatically trigger the car app!

I have the Seido Evo 4g car dock.

Some things they could improve on

1. Yeah, a standard usb cord would be nice.
2. Maybe releasing just the dock part (not the arm) as it has the standard universal connection.
3. If they do redo the whole thing, just make it sturdier or don't allow for extended batteries. My complain for this only came after I ordered the seido extended battery for the Evo 4g 7 months afterwards. The weight made it creak and vibrate more. Either make the arm sturdier to cope with the weight or just not allow people to add that much weight to the end.
