Well that stinks -- it may still be out there, just another variation of your account # (maybe a dash at the beginning or middle? or another non-numeric character). Here's hoping that 1 pounder is a phone and one's coming your way as well.
I'm always hoping. I tried refining my search by using the zip code it is going to be delivered at and it found both, case and 3 lb package still in KY. When I tried a different zip code, it didn't find anything. It probably means that my phone will eventually leave KY and arrive here.

Well my original tracking # stayed delivered in kentucky, that was the cancelled order. You will get a new tracking # (hopefully emailed by Sprint) for the new order. I never got a shipping email from Sprint on the first one, just this new reorder. I edited my previous post if you didn't see it yet - they're shipping the phone overnight.

They will get to my order eventually, hopfuly tonight.
That's AWESOME! Overnight shipping! Now you will have a new, shiny toy to play with tomorrow! I hope I do too!
I'll check my e-mail real quick.
Edit: Grrrrr.. no new emails yet from Sprint.

Sorry man. I'd keep the faith. One of the previous posters who called Sprint posted how they said they'd get it to us ASAP. I think Sprint is doing the best they can and gonna get these phones to us as best they can. I think they have plenty, just gotta get labels slapped on them and toss 'em out the door. Good news is when we go to activate there wont be as many people doing it as there was today probably.
Just called up sprint. It appears when you order a phone a unique phone and serial is assigned to you and if you don't receive that exact phone you can have trouble activating. He mentioned this has happened to a lot of others.
He supposes the customs procedure threw the process out of wack. When sprint realized what had happened they didn't let the messed up orders ship so here we are with cancelled orders. By re-keying the order, we have a new phone assigned to us and they can ship it from there. They have the phones at the warehouse so no need to worry about backorder status.
He said it should all shake out within a couple of days. I'm betting sooner rather than later.

It still might be the case. They may not weigh it in two decimals. Ours could have been .35 lbs and rounded up to .4. yours could have been .34 lbs and rounded down to .3. Not every scale (or phone) is created equally.

That's very interesting. At least I now know I am probably definitely getting one. If only I knew when?
