That's pretty weird. I used to use swiftkey before i moved on to swype. Both work fine. Clean wipe?

try this: Install Titanium Backup ( Free)..Backup Swift Key..uninstall Swift Key..install it from Backup ( Not via Market!). Run Swift Key Installation..

It still says 'no defaults set' in settings /apps though.
And yes, it was a completely clean wipe.
