My experience says it's probably something you installed or the order in which you installed, this includes you recovering via titanium backup.

Try pure ROM install and then test GPS, and install each app

Working for me. I'm on Bell just east of Toronto. I disabled all location services (except GPS) and it got a lock on me in Google maps and Mapdroyd.

Can anyone confirm that LTE works out of the box on At&t network. I didn't get to try it yet. Only get LTE when I visit NY.

I'm in Queens and LTE is only available in some areas. NYC and the boros I believe. Not on LI 4G currently.
