Talking [CONFIRMED][NSFP] DEFY survives toilet!!

So, here is a true story:

In 10th May, i dropped my DEFY accidentally (havent seen anyone do it in purpose)
it dropped weirdly, it hit something and back cover came off (LIFEPROOF )
It was so wet, water got inside the phone and battery and screen and everything

Thank God there was nothing but water in the toilet!!

I dried it, took it apart and dried everything with hair dryer

Putted everything back, and tried to boot, nothing.

Well, it sat on my desk for about a week, and the when i tried to boot it in tuesday morning, IT BOOTED!!!!! I Was so happy, but during day, it ran out of battery, and showed only white light when connected to pc. Well, i let it sit in the charger for a day, when i was at work, and when i got home it wont boot in the first time, but then, when i was losing hope, it suddenly started charging! Now its in bootloader mode waiting for a flash!

Thank you for your time reading all this!

Damn, when water enter the phone is lucky to make it work. I think you better open your phone, put the main board on a isopropilic alcohol for sometime and dry it as much as possible. Your problem now is rusty thay will cause it to stop working over time.

My sisters phone was dropped on salt water, and doing all that it survived 4 more months.

So now Moto can claim it's Toilet Proof as well as Life Proof!

Excellent, now if only it didn't crash randomly

Producers are required by law to offer here a warranty of minimum 2 years for electronic devices .
