It work with stock kernel (mine is stock with few change)so i think yes....(i can't garantee)
But you need CWM to install it,and after flash you'll loose it.....
If you know the risk(however is very easy to restore the phone ex. with pc companion)you can try and leave a feedback so can be usefull for other....

Tried two times on stock kernel with locked bootloader, but no luck, gets stuck on Sony logo...
