    Install android sdk

    Type 'adb logcat' without the quotes
    Start the app that causes the issues
    Wait for the app to close or get to the error
    Copy logcat contents and put in pastebin
    Copy pastebin links here

[Q]How to make status bar transparent?
  • Go to Hybrid properties -> PA Colors and Click the tick button on top-right corner.
  • Now go to Interface in Hybrid properties and select status bar color alpha as you want or enter value 0000000, Click top-right tick button.
  • Done

[Q]How to change status bar icon colors to default?
  • To get back the stock icon colors Go to Hybrid properties > Interface > status icon color and select stock color(left most color).
    OR
  • Select the application in Hybrid properties > Apps and change its color values as explained above.
  • Done !

I think Pad means that the ROM is also available for Tablets and the description what PAL is you can found in the #1 Post.

Finally here I was waiting for this since you've mentioned it first time in the BlindIce thread.

I don't see from print screens if it has so many customization as AOKP/CM9 related to notif power widget, status bar etc, but if they're missing I do hope they'll be added very soon. I'll come back with some feedback after testing

Looking at the file size that's only 112 MB, I'm wondering if the ROM includes GAPPS. If not, maybe is a good thing to mention that in OP and also provide a link for the latest ones (29.04.2012 I believe are the latest GAPPS)
