Best Doesn't Have My Pre-Order

So, I called Best Buy yesterday and asked if pre orders were ready for pick up. They told me yes. So, I drove the 30 minutes to the store and waited to be helped for about 20 minutes only to be told that the store didn't receive enough Evos (2 too few) to fill all of their pre orders. I am pretty angry that they told me to come in and a little unsure why they don't have one for me when I keep hearing that some Best Buys have extra (that you can walk in and pre order on the spot and get one). I ordered before the initial launch day. They said I am stuck waiting on more to ship or someone to cancel their pre order.

Anyone else have something like this happen?

Any advice on what to do (I am not sure I want to buy from Best Buy any more but I also don't want to wait even longer to get it somewhere else)?
