Cant get rooted phone to work

So i need to get my rooted dinc back up and running. I tried to do a factory reset, and now the thing boot loops. When I go into recovery (clockwork) nothing is working. I tried installing an amon ra recovery, but now thats not working either. It boots into recovery, but I cant navigate through the options. I basically need to get this phone in working condition because my wife jumped into the pool with her phone. I dont even care if I need to unroot. Thanks for the help

What radio, hboot, and android versions are you on? Also are you s-on or s-off?
