How to Flash FW LU620160_00.kdz for LU6200

for upgrading LU6200 to ICS. But i get some error in processing.
i use R&D test tool to upgrade.
it need .cab file but i dont know where is it?

BTW. there is an section for LU6200 only in LG Nitro HD, please post all LU6200 related topic's there. Thanks and good luck.
