I know that, but on my CM9 Rom it doesn't show the background of settings, plus when it's black it makes the phone slightly faster but I will add that in soon.

p.s. to all: School is heavy being the last month and all so I can't spend many hours of my time on this but I will work on it.

I think dialer and messaging are full integral parts of what I'd call a Sony/Samsung/HTC theme. They're very important in giving it the complete look - for example, how TouchWIZ 4 had yellow and blue bubbles for messaging. It was a very unique look.

Dude, i do have the settings background which aka its called background_holo_dark... If you want, do pm me... I got the whole colors in the DefaultThemes.apk...

I now can't have this and the Moto Blur theme as they both have the same package name :/
