Default [Q] class action law suit against apple.

I think we should file a suit against apple for patent and judicial system abuse. Their weak patents and ridiculous lawsuits are costing us dearly. Their ridiculous patents are delaying our phones. They are new to this game and don't have right to be such a holes. Anyone here an attorney and willing to put these rich pricks in their place?

Dude a slight delay in your brand spanking new phone isn't a cause of action. It's not like you don't already have one. Good luck demonstrating economic or even any loss at all.

Just calm down and wait a few more days.

HTC and/or Sprint may have cause for a class action lawsuit because it may have hurt their profits, but we consumers don't.

Two parties does not equal class action, but you are right, they may have a claim. However, Apple appears to be acting in good faith (ie. protecting their patents) so it would be hard to prove that they did this purely out of malice or a motivation to interfere.
