[Q] Flashing Hybrid Rom - Please Help

Ok, I really want to use this awesome rom, Hybrid, but usually there is only one zip file to flash. Hiwever this rom has three. I tried.flashing them in different orders but TW crashed upon bootup and then i had to unroot my phone and root it agian. Could someone please help, thanks in advance.

Read the first few posts in DAGr8's thread, then read 'em again.

Click on ==> THE HYBRID <==, you should be downloading The_Hybrid_UCLD3_RC4.zip
Just flash that first, nothing else. Get familiar with the rom, then you may want to experiment with hybrid mode, inverted apps, etc...

Oh, okay thanks a lot for your help after I flash the base rom do i flash the second one on top and wipe the cache inbetween and reboot.

Hi. Go with what gwbard suggested. Wipe everything, install the zip, get to know it a bit. Then flash some of the others once you have an opinion on how you want your phone to work.

Might strike you as strange, but DO read the instructions twice... though they are well- written, there are nuances you'll catch the second time through.
