Follow the steps in the tutorial, but only add kernel.sin and loader.sin to your firmware package.

i am using flashtool version 0.9.9.0... there is no decryption option under advanced... please update the tutorial.. i want to create an .ftf file for my xperia go.

I think it's in the tools menu...

It worked, thanks so much. But it never asked for device selection.. will that be a problem when flashing?

All my files in the blob_fs folder were from 2010 even if I updated my phone today (December 18th 2012).

The I removed all the files, and did a factory reset. Folder still empty!

Why?

EDIT:
My bad, as was running PC Companion, but then I launched Sony Ericsson Update Service instead and it worked.
For information does it not seem as PC Companion saves the files on your HDD, but SEUS does. Have now created my own Nordic version of 6.1.1.B.1.54 to the Xperia Sola!
