i have problem , i can't instal SU from CWM , evry time i got message like this : Error in /sdcard/Superuser.zip (Status 0 )

Use SuperSU zip..(search google)

Nope. You can have it unlock the bootloader and everything but you have to actually flash the ROM yourself.

Hi, thanks for this. Will unlocking bootloader remove all my data and apps? If so, then what is the best way of creating a backup?

Yes...it will remove apps....for you it should be Astro File Manager or MyBackup....but they won't backup app data as you don't have root.......
