Default Loving my new Raider but...

Can I have any fun with "S-ON.?

I just got the phone a couple days ago (new to HTC androids), now its rooted+bootloader unlocked+CWM. I don't trust myself to perform the S-OFF procedure...

I just want to try some custom (ICS) ROMs... What can I do (flash?) with S-ON?

Thanks for putting up with my noobness.
Current Device | Google LG Nexus 4
Past Devices | Galaxy Nexus i9250 & Nexus S i9020a

DONATE TO ME
You can flash all of them, I'm in the same boat, not new to HTC, but don't want to 100% void warranty. I have a vivid, just pick your Rom and kernel, then open the kernel and find boot.img then in fastboot type fastboot flash boot boot.img, then flash your Rom from recovery. Works well.
