All devices including the Samsung ROM.
Due to limitations of the Android framework, you cannot add widgets from the drawer without root access. Only be installed in the /system. Everything is working.

Changes: fixed size widgets.
Files:
1. all device (port/land)
2. only samsung ROM (port)
3. delete TW
4. all device (port)
Download from here.

Flash it as a zip in CWM Recovery..If you install as normal apk you cannot add any widgets...

Are those screenshots from your One V? If so, what ROM is that?... I desperately want AOSP browser, Messaging, status bar, settings etc on my One V.

As an aside, maybe this should be posted in the Themes & Apps section instead.
Current phone: Nexus 4 16GB
Retired: HTC One XL 32GB - Grey | HTC One V - Black | Motorola Defy - Green Lens

The icons would be a part of the ROM, not the launcher.

Ahh, you got my hopes up with those screenshots of an AOSP One V ROM. The launcher looks cool none the less. Having your wallpaper show in the app drawer is nice.
