Default [Q] Gingerbread to ICS rom question

Hey i have gingerbread with UHKI1 and i wanted to know if i could root my device and just install a ICS rom without any problem.

Yes. Follow the specific instructions for the root method you want to use & the instructions for the ICS rom you want to flash (I.E. if they say do a factory reset; do it, etc, etc) to the letter & you should be fine.

I concur with MistahBungle. I would just add. Dont forget to backup your stock ROM just in case .
