are you refer to in portrait mode, it is T9, when rotate to landscape, it become qwerty mode?

Go to Smart Keyboard settings, then General Settings. 2nd option, under the Select Skin.

I don't found any errors. It's based in Minicm7 2.2.0. (if you follow the instructions and performance tweaks)
