[Q] Where is the Leap View?

Why One V doesn't support the leap view like every android phone? Is it software bug or it's the phone itself?
I want to be able to add or remove panels.

HTC Sense in our phone is a stripped down version of the one used in HTC One X, sadly one of the features that was removed was also the leap view.

So, how is one supposed to add more screens? It's one of the most important usuability features.

If not rooted:
Use a different launcher like nova

If rooted:
Use custom ROM e.g. myONE has Fallout Tweaks which support
changing the number of screens
