The ROM is in the 1st post. After you install the rom you'll get a notification to update via OTA(if you have some active data connection or wifi). I don't think there is a standalone update file which you can manually download and install.

Also wen I enter senders name while typin mess in to list the name menu but the font and background r in same color

I think the sending new msg typing the contacts name thats has same color of font and background is due to mms.apk... i changed mine after installing the rom with a differenr mms.apk and i dont have that issue
