can you try take again download mode your phone

Thats what i thought,leave it loop for 4-5 minutes and its going to boot normally,had this problem too i was just going to take the battery out and then it booted,happened twice so i can confirm this,will only happen on first time.

Try to flash it again with Odin.. It works on mine

You mean on Google Pay ?
Try erasing Play data and try again.

but why only 600+ ram ??

ICS reserved 300mb RAM for system. That's why ICS is so smooth on our G.
