[Q] xperia x10 reboots on using 3g

My Xperia was working fine with 3g using the official rom of sony ericsson,

but then i unlocked my bootloader and tried various custom roms but with no rom i am able to get a constant 3g connection, as soon as i switch the network to 3g and i start using browser or fb, the phone reboots.

Its strange that the phone works fine on 2g....

Does it happen on all custom roms or just certain ones?

Did you perform a factory reset in recovery before flashing between the different roms? Sometimes data from a previous rom can clash with the new one.

Alternatively you could try flashing to a modded stock rom like TEAM or EWJet and see if the problem is still the same.
