Default [Q]fastboot problem

Okay, so ive flashed kernels before and i know the workarounds, but i THINK although im not sure, that someone has deleted some stuff from my PC to just clear up some memory. So basically, im unable to flash kernels now. I still have the fastboot folder intact but when i open the command prompt [shift=right click] it appears and just vanishes. So, anyone?

Already have them all. I think its a windows problem. I tried reinstalling drivers, but like the command window it opens and closes automatically.
