im having problems with the color,too,they are not displayed correctly,they look like i adjusted to see them in 8 bit color,lol

having similar problems with the color and wlod on pressing airplane mode, browser. V2 on V3 kcernel. colours look fine when there is the grey transparent thinggy above it tho @.@

flashed kcernel V3 with wifi patch
Flashed rom using cwm5 rec.
Factory reset, format partition cache, dalvik, batt and formatted /system
installed rom then without rebooting installed patch

what did i do wrong here?

As Championswimmer(OP) said the bugs(wold,Browser,etc) which are present in FXP CM9 will be present in the AOKP rom also.

KangXperiaProject is my own noob-ish project to build AOKP (not port) from sources for Xperia line of phones, as Xperia devices are not supported officially by AOKP officially as of yet


FEATURES
AOKP has hundreds of awesome features added over AOSP and CM9

In general, what is different in AOKP is that all special settings are placed under "ROM control" and not mixed under settings as in CM9
Also some very user friendly features are provided, like on screen buttons can be switched on and off using a toggle, we can switch on the torch using power button long press and many such features.
Also lockscreen, task manager, and many aspects can be customized a lot.

What can I say, I am so very Impressed. You have done an unbelievably good job of building this Rom. It is Amazing. I didn't encounter a single problem whatsoever loading the Rom. First time I encountered it but it initially wouldn't recognize the USB so had to restart phone. On screen buttons are a native option, very cool. There are many custom options. Only thing is it doesn't want to go into recovery from power button, so I just shut down and start again into recovery. Data, Screen off, WiFi, Phone, GL Tron all work great. Damn, we really need a functioning camera now. I am attaching some screenshots of various settings screens. This is definitely the way to go for CM9. Super job.

i'll add more asserts in next builds

like (x10, x10s, rachael blah blah...) so that the problem does not occur

also before flashing, there is an option "turn asserts off" in CWM, use that,
and if you format /system before flashing, then also asserts will not cause any problem
