This uses the stock apps of Aurora ICS 3.1 update 5, it could not work in the other versions.
If you want to add it to other Aurora ICS versions, please make shure you copy the Settings.apk from your Aurora version to /system/app and set the right permissions after flashing this MOD.
The other apps shouldn't give you any kind of problems, but they could happen! Please use make shure that you know what you are doing.
If you had problems or did a mistake trying this in other Aurora ICS version, re-flash your Aurora version to revert the changes.

I'm installing. I'm using Rom Manager to install it. However, I forgot to deselect "Wipe dalvik cache", and now I have to wait to it to be rebuilt... lol
Edit: Yes, working properly now. However, this launcher doesn't recognize my sdcard apps. I have to reboot phone a couple of times for it to recognize them. I've a couple of shortcuts for some apps on the main screen also, and despite I can open them, they don't have name and the icon is the default one...
I think this mod is compatible only with ICS, right? I think you should make it clear at the description

I had this problem also, but not with this launcher. That happens sometimes when I do changes in the SD Card when I connect it to my laptop.
That should be related with the apps that are in the sd card folder: ".android_secure"...

Yes, it's compatible with ICS only.
I have the same problem with the wallpaper.
The only thing that I did was collect some apps, TrouchWiz framework from SGS3 and put them into a flashable zip to work with my u8800.
Added a new version (1.4).
This version have more apps and some of them must be in /system/app, so the space required is larger.
I removed some apps that were in Aurora like: Video Editing, Exhange, Email... to have the necessary space for SGS3 apps.
