Those are system apps, so I think you might not getting root permissions, that means you don't have a proper root.

Try to mount r/w using root explorer. If it doesn't work it means massed up with the root and you will need to root again.

Nope, the "problem" is that on 4.0.4 some apps are now located in /system/vendor/app and TitaniumBackup has trouble uninstalling those, it has nothing to do with root permissions. The best that one can do is to report the bug to the TB devs.

i can confirm that pressing on button in root eplorer gives acces to system in r/w but ii also cant seem to delete lets golf i never thought to try it to be honest till mentioned i dont mind a little golf when i did it my way the file is downloading now for arc iv tried using root explorer and system app remover v427 maybe its not a full root for arc but for now its working on the most part ?

Default Please help!!

i have my arc rooted on fw 4.1.b.0.431, kernel 2.6.32.9-perfbuilduser@buildhost#1 running ICS 4.0.4

i used the Root_Exploit_OneClick after flashing the LT18i Kernel and now i am getting error messages:
"unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped"
"unfortunately, the process keypad has stopped"

i am getting a red 'X' on top of my reception bar and i am unable to get a signal

PLEASE HELP!!!! need to get this fixed ASAP!!

Question can we try this

i have 4.0.3 ftf now if i extract kernal.sin from there and flash and then root my arc s then again flash the 4.0.4 kernal will it work?

ok not sure what happened the first time but i went through, re-downloaded all the links from the first post, followed the instructions to the letter and now everything appears to be working
i have installed titanium backup and it says it has root access so here's hoping all is good!

you can see in the screenshot that i attached that i have already uninstalled black hole using TB, so this is not the problem try to update TB maybe they already fixed the problem.
