This rom is a hybrid of ultrashot's dynamics rom and hd2o rom.

ROM is based on Radar ROM v4.06
OS version: 7.10.8858.136 (update to 8860 via zune)
Languages: 24 languages
Loader/File pool: 20MB/15 MB

The correct wording would be "1st PUBLIC custom ROM" (just clarification)
