Installation isn't easy for now but it works!
- u can only overwrite existing theme, but you have to restart the phone!
- Transparent SB is only for those who have moddified SystemUI! If you want to have so post your framework-res & SystemUI

How To for MDPI users:
Quote:
1. The first step is to install the theme
2. The second step you need to do is installing of LCD Density Modder that you could change density from 160 to 140.
3. After changing of DPI to 140 you can change theme to MasterUIv4 and reboot to cwm.
4. In recovery flash the .zip file (some image don't work in theme - still solving this issue) and reboot system.
5. After boot you can change density back to 160 DPI and restart the phone again.
6. And that's all
