Default System bar lock
Just found this option in the settings, holy crap is it useful! I bump the stupid bar all the time, especially while typing.

To find it look in settings > ASUS customized settings > system bar lock.

Just to.clarify for ppl - this is on .29. Idk if .26, as I skipped that. But not on .17
